Quilters needed!

Due to an increasing demand in the number of requests for free comfort quilts for children with diabetes, our founder and her daughters are having a hard time keeping up with sewing so many quilts. We appreciate seamstresses of all skill levels.

If you want to make a quilt from your own materials just send it to us (we are grateful for quilts tops, too, if you do not have time to make a finished quilt).  We will send you a tax receipt for your donation.

If you are part of a group or just someone committed to sewing for causes we can provide materials.  You will need to sign a Quilting Volunteer Agreement and submit to a brief phone interview.  Because shipping materials, and then shipping finished quilts back to us adds considerable costs to this program we ask you commit to making three quilts at a time.  If you questions please contact us.

We received the quilt Friday and Saylor absolutely adores it.  It is beautiful and we all love it and really appreciate ALL that you do to make life a bit more comfortable for families and people with diabetes. You are a real inspiration!

I'd love to make a quilt at some point, too!
