Applications are reviewed by IPump.org's Program Director and CEO, and approved by the board of directors based upon eligibility, need and individual program funding availability.  

We offer no promises or guarantee that we can meet the needs of all applicants but we try to help as best we can.

If you wrote to us and have not heard back within 48 hours -- it means that we had trouble reaching you -- or your e-mail did not reach us.

Note to AOL users and those who use SPAM blockers

AOL regularly blocks the company (Dreamhost) that hosts our mail services. We have no control over when this happens but when Dreamhost gets banned, so do all their customers.  Comcast and hotmail have also occassionally blocked Dreamhost.

If we respond to an e-mail and cannot get through from our corporate email (@ipump.org) account because your ISP or your company or personal settings are blocking us, we will try to respond to you from an AOL email account (seems like AOL users get through even the toughest corporate SPAM filters).   We will put in the subject line IPump.org.

Also, we have our own aggressive SPAM blockers.  Please do NOT subject your e-mail "Hi" or "Help" as these are common words in SPAM mails and they get automatically deleted.

If you have not heard from us, please do try again.  We answer ALL our e-mail usually within one day, but never in more than two.
