Information supplied by this organization - We are a free clinic that offers free medical and dental care to uninsured families earning incomes less than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Most of our families’ earnings are at the poverty level. We would be grateful to receive donations of unexpired diabetes supplies that we can give to others in need.
