Information supplied by this organization - Our primary focus of fundraising is within the state of Michigan, but our programs reach individuals nationwide who cannot afford diabetic medical supplies and are not eligible for private insurance, Medicaid or assistance within their home state.  We take monetary donations of caring individuals and corporations as well as the donation of medicines, diabetic supplies, and hardware (such as, insulin pumps and glucose meters) from the companies that manufacture or distribute these items.
