We are a nonprofit organization. Information supplied by this organization - We are a free clinic in Des Moines, Iowa and see many diabetic patients. We pay for the majority of their syringes, test strips, and other diabetes supplies because our patients do not qualify for any other kind of assistance. We also refer diabetic patients on to specialists and help bear the cost of referrals. Financial contributions as well as donations of non-expired, new diabetes supplies including syringes, glucose meters, test strips, ketone strips, lancets and lancing devices would go a long way towards helping us continue to offer our services to diabetics in need. | |||||||||||||
