IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PHONE CALLS: We do not have any paid staff to answer calls as they come in. Because we are an all-volunteer organization your call will usually go to a voice mail system. Someone will return your call as soon as possible. It is very important that your message states where you live because of all the different time zones in the U.S.
- We cannot tell you over the phone if you qualify for assistance. You MUST submit an application for the Board to review.
- We cannot process telephone applications or provide assistance without an application on file.

Please include the name of the position, function, or committee for which you want to volunteer, and a brief statement about how you want to help. There are many ways you can help even if you don't wish to serve on a committee. If you have skills, we can probably use them!

Sometimes we have to purchase supplies. Because our funding is so limited we need to use the cheapest sources possible. We have been using Hocks Online for a while and were pleased with their service and prices. Because of our good relationship with Hocks we agreed to accept them as IPump's first affiliate sponsor. While it is not our policy to specifically endorse or recommend any company, we can state that we do use Hocks Online, and that for any order you place through one of their links on our site, they will make a donation to us.
