Accomplishments of J. Nadene Delaney

She is a published author and created the entire administrative infrastructure for Community Management Corporation, which, at the time, was the largest community association management firm in the country.

Mrs. Delaney worked for four years with prison inmates through Prison Ministries, and three years at a private school (Feed My Sheep) providing administrative support, editing, and bookkeeping services.

Mrs. Delaney has been physically disabled for twelve years.  As a disabled person, legally entitled to rights under the American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of The Rehabilitation Act, she has been through the “system.”  Through her own personal experience, Mrs. Delaney has become a strong patient advocate for other persons with medical disabilities.

 

Background Professional Experience:  Mrs. Delaney holds a BA in writing and journalism and complete a two-year study course in medical technology, as well as one-year courses in education, Christian studies, and criminal law.

She has more than thirty years of experience as a lithographer, editor, proofreader, layout/design specialist, and technical writer.  Mrs. Delany has extensive experience working as administrative assistant and secretary, including recording minutes at property management association meetings.

For more than a dozen years, Mrs. Delaney was a foster mother to many children with special medical needs, including a child with type 1 diabetes.
