IPump is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.  Your donated office supplies are tax deductible and we will send you a receipt.

We accept in-kind donations of general office supplies.  Before you send us something, please contact us first to make sure that we can put your donation to good use.  Since many well-meaning offices have sent up supplies without asking, we often end up with odd items we simply cannot use.  Please, do not send us items we have not listed -- or contact us FIRST with any questions.

Please include your contact information in the package so that we can mail you a receipt for your donation!  We do not pay for or reimburse you for mailing or shipping costs.  However, the costs of mailing donated items to nonprofit organizations is tax-deductible (save your shipping receipts).

You have no personal liability for your supplies once we receive them.

Before you send us something, please contact us first to make sure that we can put your donation to good use.  However, we can generally use the following:

• Packing tape, bubble wrap, and small packing boxes
• Scotch Tape
• White sticky labels (all kinds), especially for lazer printers and copiers
• Mailing supplies - any size envelopes, packing materials, etc.
• Notebooks (1-1/2" or smaller)
• Staples
• Sticky notes
• Pads of paper
• Pens, pencils, highlighters, Sharpie pens and markers
• Copier or general purpose printer paper
• Ink cartridges for HP OfficeJet 6310 all-in-one printer (black cartridge #98 and color cartridges #95)
• Paper clips and rubber bands
• Filing supplies - manila folders (letter size only), hanging folders (letter size only)
