About Us
iPump stands for Insulin Pumps for Underinsured Mellitus Patients. We are a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit diabetes assistance organization serving patients of all ages with any form of diabetes living in the United States.
We take donations of new, unexpired diabetes supplies, insulin pump supplies, and new and used insulin pumps. We in turn, give away free to qualifying diabetes in need all the supplies you send to us.
We are NOT currently accepting any more Medtronic insulin pumps or insulin pumps supplies. You can read why here. We are also no longer accepting any more Smith’s Medical Cozmo and Cozmore insulin pumps because they company has closed down and these pumps can no longer be repaired or upgraded.
We also take donations of quilting supplies, quilt tops and blocks, and handmade quilts (we give these to children with diabetes). Since our funding is so limited we are greatful for office supplies and office equipment but please contact us before sending office items to make sure we can use what you wish to donate.
You can visit our main website at http://www.ipump.org for more information about donations we are currently accepting (and what we are not accepting), who we are, what we do, and how you can help.
Until there’s a cure … people with diabetes still need care. iPump cares.
