iPump’s President Jeffrey I. Ehrlich Nominated for Presitgious Award
Jeffrey I. Ehrlich, iPump, Inc.’s president of the board of directors has been nominated for the 2009 “The Gentlemen’s Fund, Better Men Better World Search.”
Mr. Ehrlich, a father of a child with type 1 diabetes, has been a tireless advocate of people with diabetes. He has given countless hours of probono legal services to iPump as well as to individuals fighting insurance companies, and disability issues at work and school.

As the father of a daughter with type 1 diabetes, Jeff has made a personal commitment to help the 15,000 American children who are diagnosed with the disease each year. He is the co-founder and President of iPump, the only organization in America that gives free insulin pumps to needy families. In just three years, it has collected 1.75 million dollars worth of donated medical supplies and has already helped more than 8,000 diabetics.
