iPump Helped Me – It saved me! From a Rev. in Nevada

Another letter from a happy client – someone that we could help because of caring donors:

Dear iPump,

Wow. May blessings shower upon you for what you do.

I’ve been a pastor and a social worker. Now I’m counseling people who are addicted to pornography, spouse left after 2 decades, things I can’t repeat.

In the midst of life we are without insurance. For awhile my husband and I were on Medicaid, but in our state that’s nearly worthless. (If you can live on $500 a month it can assist you.) I’m 39 and have had diabetes since I was 5. I know I HAVE to have insulin. I know I HAVE to have pump supplies. I know I HAVE to check my blood sugar. I looked for help. Every agency, program or offer excluded insulin, pump supplies and blood testing products. I could find Viagra (what?!), Lexipro, thousands of medicines, but not the basic things I needed to stay alive and well.

I PUMP helped me. It saved me. Thank you. I was down to the last 10 blood test strips. I was counting my infusion sets. I was praying, doing lots of praying.

Just yesterday my husband went to the emergency room for a kidney stone. Today we drove to hospital #2 where it was removed. When I got home I received your wonderful box and I sat down and cried in thanks.

You are an answer to prayer. You’re the guardian angel. You’re the faith lived out in this life, not just the talk. You put the WALK in the TALK and came through.

I don’t know how to say it any stronger and I send you a cyber-hug with a tearful “thanks”. My husband and children do, too.

Rev. Heidi Revelo

Nebraska

P.S. I don’t know how to make a “blog” so I’ll send this email.
