Step 1.  Take our general eligibility test

Our eligibility test simply asks some basic questions (i.e., are you legally residing in the United States).  It does not ask anything about your financial situation. After you print out and complete the eligibility test be sure to send it with your application.

• Print Eligibility Test (opens in .doc - Vista users may have trouble)
