IPump was founded in 2006 by Lahle Wolfe, a diabetic, single mother of four. When her youngest daughter was also diagnosed with diabetes the medical bills piled up. Wolfe struggled to make ends meet but was unable to find assistance.
Once faced with having to
choose between food and medical needs, she triumphed over her own hardships and
now devotes her life to helping other diabetics in need.

iPump is expanding - we have outgrown our small 19x10 office (without air conditioning!) and are moving into a larger space over the next two weeks. You can continue to mail applications and donations to the same address listed on our website, but please be patient knowing this move will slow things down a little bit for processing all incoming mail. We are also adding a new toll-free number next week.
Each week we typically receive about 150 phone calls, 300+ emails, dozens of new applications, and donated supplies that need to be logged. Although our accomplishments are big, helping thousands, please remember iPump is run by a staff of only one and your patience is very much appreciated.
Check back to keep up-to-date on iPump happenings or subscribe to our newsletter to receive important announcements.

Is it legal for me to sell, trade, or give my insulin pump or supplies to another individual? No! Please read our FAQs about how you can be sued or crimincally prosecuted for selling (or giving) your insulin pump and pump supplies to someone else, and how donating to iPump protects you from legal liability risks.

Our New blog. We have just created a blog to keep you updated about important iPump happenings as well as to offer our clients a place to thank our donors. If you have received assistance from us we encourage you to use the blog to share your thanks with others. Donors
are wonderful
people and give expecting nothing in return but still, it feels really good to receive a simple thank you! Top

We especially need spare insulin pump supplies for any Medtronic MiniMed Paradigm insulin pump models |
 |
We have been receiving many requests for insulin pump supplies for MiniMed Paradigm pumps and BD test strips. Because Paradigms are newer pumps we receive very few donations of Paradigm supplies. These pumps cannot use older style reservoirs or infusion sets so if you have ANY spare Paradigm supplies please send them to us. Your donation is tax deductible and can help someone else
stay on their pump longer.

We urgently need all kinds of diabetes blood glucose test strips and basic diabetes care supplies. Please DO NOT send us expired items or used items that have been contaminated by blood. We are not able to give them away. We accept literally any kind of supply that is used in diabetes care except insulin.
